*CUSTOM ORDERS*
We take great care in making sure you’ll fall in love with your custom piece. Please understand that the creative process takes time - from sourcing the right materials to crafting every detail with intention - to ensure the final result is exactly what you’re looking for. Turnaround times can vary based on the materials and level of detail involved. Quick and simple pieces might be ready to ship in 1–3 days once production begins, while more intricate or larger custom orders could take up to 2–3 weeks to complete.

*FIT MAY VARY*
Because most of our pieces are made from thrifted and upcycled finds, no two are quite the same - especially when it comes to sizing and color. Each listing includes the original tagged size (if available) and real-life measurements so you can get a feel for how it’ll actually wear. We always recommend giving those details a peek before grabbing your new favorite piece!

*SHIPPING & DELIVERY*
Our unique and funky art pieces are carefully packed and sent your way with love and care. Orders are sent out as quickly as possible via USPS ground advantage to get your creation safely to your doorstep. Website treasures usually ship out within 1–3 business days after your order drops. Custom creations need their glow-up time - but once they’re ready to shine, they hit the mail within 1–3 business days too!

*TRACKING YOUR ORDER*
Once your order is on its way, you can easily keep an eye on it. You will receive an email with your USPS package number which can be used on the USPS website to locate your shipment during it's journey. 

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS* 
At this time, our website does not have international shipping automatically activated. However, we’re more than happy to work with customers outside the U.S.! If you’d like to order from another country, please reach out to us directly. We can discuss shipping options, pricing, and any other details to make sure your order reaches you safely.
